Do you think that your masculinity affects your mental health?

It’s for men who want to experience a balanced approach to talking about masculinity with someone they can be their full self with.

We pair men with male social workers who they can be their full selves with. Our support people specialize in helping men understand themselves so they can do better. Sessions are an hour long and they happen weekly. The content of each session is dictated by the needs of the client but we agree on goals for our work and check in on them periodically.
